Ford: 97 E-150 No Front Heat, control cables, clubwagon

I have a 1997 4.6 V8 E-150 Clubwagon with front and rear a/c heater.  The rear has heat control, the front blows only cold air.  Heater flap control, item 19E616 Ford Dealer parts catalog, is operating correctly.  What other parts would control the front heat?

Check all control cables to make sure that they are adjusted properly. There is a little tab that can come out on the cables and may cause them to come out of adjustment. Also, check your heater core. Even though one works and the other does not, the hearter core can still be bad and may need to be replaced.
