Ford: 92 Lincoln TC armrest switch panel removal, phillips screw, bezzle

Question
The drivers door lock/unlock switch came loose and fell into armrest cavity.
How does one remove the panel to reattach the switch?

Mike you will see a phillips screw in the panel remove it and the side that has the screw in it pull that side up first then slide it out and the other side will slide out now the switch is broken and so is the platic conector you have to go to the dealer and tell them you need a sleve for the switch bezzle or just go th the junk yard and get the whole assy.
