Ford: Oil pressure gauge, oil pressure gauge, power drivers seat

Question
Ford explorer 2000 v6 sohc 20k miles.
Prob #1 power drivers seat will not go all the way forward. I know I did not get shorter. No obstruction visible under seat.
Prob #2 when engine is started (cold) the oil pressure gauge stays pegged at low. then after 5 - 10 minutes it snaps to the normal area. sometime is snaps off on 2 or 3 times then works normal.
Local Ford said this was cause by dirt oil. had oil changed after 1000 miles then again after 1000 miles but no change. I don't thinks it is dirty oil?

Answer
