my wifes 1995 chev cavalier is making a grinding noise when you are at 30km/h. i have changed the drive shaft, rotors, front pads, and changed the tranny fluid and put new filter and with gasket and still does this

CV Joints / or Wheel Bearings !!!

Possible : Idler Pulley with a 95 cav , very common problem

When you turn a corner or put a load on one side does it get loud.

Drive the vehicle . get up to your speed then safely put it in Neutral ... Do you still hear grinding noise :
