GM-GMC: 2002 silverado service light on, veicle, autozone

My brother has a 2002 silverado v-6 1500, auto. truck that the service light will not go out. The fuel pump went out and pump was replaced, vehicle runs fine except that the service light stays on. Disconnected the battery for 30 min. and nothing. Veicle was scanned and 1. multiple misfire. 2. coolant sensor bad. 3. evap malfunction.

Recall that light came on during last min. before engine quit. Replaced the pump and runs fine, except for the light.

How can I reset the light? Rpm is steady, temp is normal range, everything is connected in reverse order when replacing the pump.

You can try AutoZone . Tell them that you would like to check problem with engine light ,
You need an OBDII tester to re-set .
Although if you still have a bad coolant sensor and other issues it will return , until you repair those issues as well
