GM-GMC: 6.5L Turbo Diesel start problem, gmc sierra, fuse panel

Question
You answered a similar question in regard to start problems with 95 GMC SIerra. I have a 97. K2500 Sierra with a 6.5 in it and it now fails to start....what is more, the initialization fails to light (no wait to start or anything)...and it just cranks and cranks...might this be a glow plug controller problem? and if so, can you describe to me which pins of the three pin connector do I test, and what readings I should see (I am assuming I am looking for ~11V reading) with the key on. Thank you for your help :) (!)

Answer
On newer 6.5 diesels, there is a 20A fuse for the glow plug control circuit.  I would check that first, but I do not know if it is in the fuse panel or somewhere else (an owner's manual might tell you where it is).

The pink wire at Pin A should have battery voltage on it with the ignition switch in the "Run" position.

The black wire at Pin C is ground.

The yellow wire at Pin B comes from the PCM and I do not know what the reading would be on it.
