GM-GMC: Injector lines, injector lines, intake manifold

1992 6.2 Diesel.



Have a line on injector pump leaking.   It is a connection to the injector pump.   Can't really tell which line it is.  Can't see.  Is there any way to tighten all line nuts without removing the intake manifold ?

No, there is no practical way to tighten injector lines at the injection pump without removing the intake manifold.  Even with the intake off, the lower lines are difficult to reach.

Removing the intake is not difficult.  No coolant flows through it and you need only purchase some new gaskets to reinstall it.
