GM-GMC: chevry truck 1996 blower, speed blower, blower fan

Hello, blower on my truck runs only at hi speed
Blower motor fine, hi speed relay seems ok
could you please tell me where the blower resistor relay is situated and what does it look like.

Your vehicle is too new for me to be certain, but the resistor assembly is usually mounted near the blower fan to ensure that it gets cooled.

It is usually a black plastic part, rectangular, and held in place by two screws.  It should have a connector on it for the different blower speeds.  Once removed, the coils that provide resistance can be seen.

You might try a local auto parts store to see if they have the part.  You can then either go and look at it so that you can find it on your vehicle or buy it to replace your defective part once you find it.
