Honda: honda Bogging down, timing belt, water pump

I just had timing belt and water pump changed less than a week ago. Now when i shift gears at first its not getting hardly any power, then it seems o.k. until i shift again. Am i not getting any fuel? Please help

Sounds like maybe the cam is one tooth retarded that would cause the engine to run poorly at low rpm and would make more power at with rpm . If you are mechanically inclined you could pick up a maual and check it but I would take it back to the shop .hope this helps let me know how it goes
