Oldsmobile/Buick: tire problems i think?, oldsmobile cutlass, having some sort

on your rotor you have a barring or a spinal thing that keeps your tire going straight and my tire on the drivers front side is really messing up and i am triyng to figure out what i have to do to get it fixed and what is the name of this problem?  91 oldsmobile cutlass calais 4 door

Obvioulsy your having some sort of allignment/brake problem. I would recommend taking the car down to a certified ASE shop and have them look over your problem . Brake Inspections and Allignment checks are really cheap.

Fixing the problem can be expensive though.
