Pontiac: Trunk leak, pontica, back glass

Question
I have a 1994 Pontica Grand AM and cannont locate a leak in my trunk.  When it rains and the car just sits in the driveway, the trunk will get 3-4 inches of water where the spare tire sits.  Any suggestions?

It could be the trunk weatherstip leaking, but probably not. The most common leaks come from the rear windows or a cracked seam in the trunk opening drip rail. Its the area to the outside of the trunk weatherstrip where the water runs down the back glass and into the trough around the trunk.
If you have a really good friend that you can trust, get inside the trunk with a flashlight. Close the trunk lid and have your friend spray the car with a hose while you look for the leak. Start with the water down low and work your way up.
