Answer
Well, let's go from the easiest fix to the hardest.  Before I start, Toyota has yet to officially, once and for all, nail the reason for these error codes from coming up.  They did issue a TSB saying that it could be the charcoal canister that needs replacement but people have done it to no avail.

The first thing to check now is the fuel cap.  Make sure to get a decent on as I've heard that auto stores tend to sell low quality ones.  My suggestion is to get one from a junkyard Camry.  Get atleast two just to make sure that atleast ONE is right.  I can get one for you if you'd like but my next trip to the yard is sometime this upcoming week.  Probably tuesday.

Also, try replacing your PCV valve.  It's very easy to do and the valve costs 10 bucks at the MOST.

Finally, the only other step is replacing the charcoal canister.  The part can be either bought USED or new but since I've heard stories of the problem being solved by neither, I'd feel better if you ATLEAST tried to buy a used one at a junkyard than feel disappointed at buying a new one.  Labor can be expensive if you aren't replacing it yourself though.
