Toyota: timing belts, variable valve timing, toyota camry

I have a Toyota Camry 2006 4 cylinder vehicle I can't find in the manuel if it has a timing belt or chain.  It's a LE model.  Can you tell me,  and when it needs changing?

The 2006 Camry LE is armed with a 2AZ-FE engine.  It's a 2.4L with VVT-i or variable valve timing:) Good for gas and good for some a little extra bite.  A conservative bite anyways.. that's the Toyota way.  

Finaly, you have a timing chain on your 2AZ-FE and the nice thing about this is the fact that you can go the life of the vehicle without ever changing it.  But, if you just have to have a specific mileage in your book to feel comfortable.  It'd be about 300,000Mi.  Hope this helps.
