Toyota: Toyota seat belt repair, toyota camry, volvoclub

Question
I have a 96 Toyota Camry.  The seatbelt in the left-rear will not retract.  I have not has an accident, it just stopped retracting.  How can I repair or replace it?

Thank you,
Shelby

Answer
Hello,

you must take off the plastic part where the belt "disappears" (the plastic cover), then you'll see the part where the belt retracts. This is the broken part, but I don't know if you can repair it, maybe you'll have to replace whole belt system.
Have a look there:

Maybe this could help you.
Hope this helps!
