Toyota: Toyotal Corola 98 problem, time alignment, center hub

Question
when I go over 50, it starts bubbleing or in other words, little vibration.
I got that car from a friend and did not it was recked, but minor recked.
I bought on 48k, now it has 80k. I got new tires just after bought, becuase it was doing the vibration. New Tires and alignment fixed the problme.
Then it came again two months ago. I bought new tires and life time alignment, and thought it would be ok, but little vibration is still there.

Hello,

the vibration could be caused by many things...

Brakes: the disk are no more straight, you have to change or rectify them
Wheel center hub: maybe you don't have one, or is not good
or you have some problem with the suspension.
