Volkswagen: VW Golf GTI mk 4 W reg 2000, drainage holes, window seals

Question
I have had a water leak coming in the headlining of my golf. I removed the sun roof and managed to unblock the front drainage holes but cannot locate the rear drainage and it is still leaking in the back of the car. Any help would be much appreciated.

 The leak may be water getting by the door window seals, into the inside of the door, then not going down the door drains (because of debris blockage), then overflowing into the car.  See here:
