Hi Erick,

2 Questions

1) Does the VW have the original clock?

2) Do you have a special radio with a memory on it?

Thanks,

Ron

Yes to both..

Answer
Ok, here is step 2:

Make sure that the battery is fully charged.  Make sure the key is off.

Make sure the interior light is off as well.

Begin removing and replacing one fuse at a time. (preferably at dusk or when it is dim)

You will most likely see a little spark when you make the connection to the culprit circuit.

Look in the book and see which circuit it is. (I can help you here as well, if you don't have the book...I have the same car)

Once you identify that, we can begin troubleshooting it, and get it fixed for you ASAP.
