Volvo: vovo 850 94, fuel pressure, fuel pump

Question
i recently had a collision on my trunk and now my car doesnt start, i was told i had to reboot something by pressing a button in the trunk, what could this be? thank for yor time..

Answer
Philip,
There is nothing in the trunk to push a button. Does the engine crank over? Battery good? Does fuel pressure increase as you crank the engine? Is there spark? The fuel pump is located in the tank and the access to that is in the trunk. Look for the wires behind the right seat back  on the floor and make sure the connector with two wires and possible a seperate ground are plugged in and the ground is good.
You can test to see if there is power at the red wire when the engine is cranking over.
