Volvo: Cant start!!, sensor control unit, volvo 240

I'm using a volvo 240 1991 model. it cant when the wheather is cold. during hot whether it could start. Why??

How long since last tune up? Are there any fault codes like temp sensor? Control unit may be getting poor signals. Battery weak cranks too slowly, test charging system and battery. Do the fuel pumps running while you have a no start? Test the feed pump. Is the compression too low, because of a worn engine.
