If you already have a key, there are locksmiths that have a duplacating machine that will copy your key. They will be able to make a Master or Secondary key.
Second option, get the VIN number and call a Volvo dealer and they will be able to order a key but only for the orignal locks that where installed. Just a very small chance that they have ever been replaced, but possible.
