I have a question, I was thinking of getting a smart fortwo as my car. I was wondering about how good it is in vehicle safety.

I do not know much about the safety factors or engineering built within this type of vehicle.

I can tell you that regardless of how unique new materials are or crush point technology becomes, the more you have, the greater the outcome of survival or minimizing of injuries.

Sadly, accidents are no longer a matter of if, rather a matter of when and how bad they will be.

There are always compromises when buying a car, but safety should not be one of them. All I can do here is offer my personal opinion, and recommend you stay away from such a purchase. It's not always a matter of your speed, rather it is also the speed of the car that hits you. Just my thoughts.
