Dealer changed my intake manifold gasket. Now when I'm in gear say reverse to park in my driveway.It starts to studder and the lights pulse. Only when I have the wheel turned all the way.

Take it back to the dealer.  Sounds like he pinched a wire, broke a ground wire, or replaced something wrong when he put the manifold back on.

If you want, you can take it to another reputable shop, and have them look it over before taking it back, but it sounds like the dealer is responsible.
