4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: 4wd, dash light, fuses

I have a 1999 Jimmy 4wd wont work none of the light son the dash light up where would i start to find the problem

Luke , start by checking the fuses on the Jimmy, I just had one yesterday that didnt respond at all and the fuse was bad, there should be one under the hood labled ATC I think thats what it says any way , thanks let me know if you have more trouble have a great day ADAM
