4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: SUV - Hesitation Problem, hesitation problem, fuel pumps

Question
Hello I own a 2002 Jeep Liberty LTD which only has 52,000 kms on it. I brought it in for servicing 2 weeks ago and complained about a hesitation problem. When I stop a light/stop sign and get ready to go again the vehicle almost stalls. Or when I'm on the
highway getting ready to pass someone there is a noticable hesitation problems. The dealer has had my vehicle for 10 days now and have put in over $2000 worth of parts but the problem still exists. They said they'll continue to work on it but come on... Would you have any ideas????
They've replaced the spark plugs, 2 new fuel pumps, pressure-aired it out, changed wiring, etc.
The list goes on. Do you think it's a computer problem?? I searched the net for answers but couldn't find anything related to this sort of problem.
Thank You,
Marshall Nippard

Answer
Hi Marshall and thanks for the question.  Since you are saying the mileage is in KM'S I do not know where you live, but if you live in the USA your vehicle should be covered by the Lemon Law in the state you live.  I do not know if other countries have such a law.  This sounds like a problem that should be corrected by the manufacturer.  Let me know what happens and good luck to you.  Bud
