Suzuki: geo tracker, screw head, fuse box

i have a geo tracker. when i turn the lights to bright, one of them goes even dimmer.i have changed the bulb twice but it didn't help.any ideas would be appreciated. thank you

Two possibilities come to mind right away.  There are others, but check the easy stuff first.
First, is the light on that side a little dimmer, even on low beam?   If so, check the ground connection for that bulb (on lots of them the ground is a round eyelet under a screw head about a foot or so behind the lamp.
The other would be that perhaps the quality of the fuse connection at the fuse box is poor.  Usually unplugging/replugging the fuse helps.
