Suzuki: Suzuki Vitara 1990 G16A, dipstick tube, suzuki vitara

Leeking oil around sump pan, could it be PCV valve or gasket. Seems to have crank case pressure. Where is PCV please.

I have never worked on a vitara.  They came out after I left the car market to do heavy duty fleet work.
Usually the pcv is screwed into the intake manifold, and picks up air from the crankcase via a valve cover.
Pull the dipstick while it's idling, there should be little if any air/vapor coming from the dipstick tube.
