QuestionYour suggestion of Edmunds does not give the information of the true costs to dealers for vehicles...it does give MSRP but we all know that is not the true cost to the dealer. There IS a web site that gives those true costs and the true costs of Options...I used it before. DO YOU KNOW WHAT SITE WILL PROVIDE THAT INFO???
AnswerA seven is totally uncalled for. Not only did I give you the website but I printed it for you a second time when you said you couldn't see it. What part do you not understand? That site shows MSRP, Invoive and TMV invoice is what we pay for the vehicle. Then it will explain holdback to you. For you to rate me a seven because you didn't understand is not fair. In fact if you have any other questions please call me so I can be sure you understand before you rate me!

I am sorry I beg to differ, I use it everyday with customers. I have taken a moment and gone to the site and got info on the Expedition. Her it is MSRP, Invoice, and TMV which is what Edmunds says is fair to pay for it! I hope this helps please rate this answer also.
