Tips on Buying Cars: Conditional Delivery Agreement - Used Auto, loan paperwork, delivery agreement

I bought a used auto from a reputable spot, a day and 1/2 later the engine light came on.  I don't think the bank has processed the loan paperwork as of yet.  Can I call the bank and cancel the application and return the car?  I signed a Conditional Delivery Agreement in SC.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Main question, was the contract as is or did they give you say a 30 day warranty? If no warranty was in writing, then you have no recourse, and the contract is etched in stone....Please advise the status of the contract.
