Tips on Buying Cars: used car problems turn up after the fact, everyday check, car problems

Steve, My wife and I just bought a used car. Now 2 months later problems are showing. Having to jump start it just about everyday. Check engine light came on. Ticking under the hood. We took the car back to the dealer to take a look at it. For a week now we have been getting the run around. The car is here, its not here, its at a another place getting this looked at. Now we want out of the deal. Looking for any advise on the whole situation. We already don't want the car, even if all these problems are resolved. Thank you so much in advance.

John sorry for your problems. First off did they sell it to you with any warranty or as is....If it was sold as is you will have no recourse. If it came with warranty and is still covered they may fix it, i need a few more details, let me know and i will get back to you
