I have a 2004 GTO and its in my fiance's name. I couldn't get it into my name at the time we bought it. I make that car payments of 566.00 a month. My question is how do i get the car into my name if I don't have the credit? And if we split does she take the car even though i have made all the payments on it?

Dear Daniel,

I would recommend speaking to your Department of Motor Vehicles.

I believe that if your fiancee agrees, you can have both of your names put on the title of the vehicle.  This would be done at the DMV.

You cannot sell the car then unless you both agree.

I would speak to the DMV for details.
