Tips on Buying Cars: New car models, honda pilot, internet dept

Hi Jeremy - I am very interested in the 2009 Honda Pilot which debuted recently at car shows.  When do next year's models typically become available for purchase?  Also, I read an article that you can typically get a better price on a new car using the internet dept of a dealer rather than the traditional salesperson (and it's a lot easier/simpler too) - do you know if that is the case?

Thanks for your question.  It depends on the individual manufacture as to when the vehicles come available.  Usually when they debut, it will come out their shortly within a month or so of the debut.  As for where to go to get the best deal.  Typically, yes the Internet department will give you a better deal without all of the haggling.  But really, both departments can do the same thing.
