Can GOODYEAR EAGLE LS2 RUN FLAT TIRES, 245-50-18 be mounted on my 2004 Saturn Vue Redline edition, which currently has P245/50/R18 Bridgestone Turanza tires on it....

There are 3 rules regarding Run Flat tires.

1)  They should only be mounted on rims that were designed for Run Fat tires.  Run Flat tires concentrate the forces and will break
normal rims.

2)  They should be used with Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS), as you can not tell if the tire is flat by either the sound or the feel.  Operating a Run Flat tire that is flat can result in the same dangerous problems that normal tires have when deflated, so a change in driving style is called for when the Run Flat tire is deflated.

3) They should only be mounted on vehicles that were originally equipped with Run Flat tires.  They have different spring rates and handling characteristics and the suspensions have to be tuned to accommodate those differences.

I think you'll find your Saturn meets none of those.
