Tires: p195/50/16 vs 205/50/16, carrying capacity, speedometer

Question
My original tires are 195/50/16 per manufacturer standards and I put on 205/50/16.  Should i be concerned about the following:

1. safety
2. tires are bigger that it might screw up the engine?
3. speedometer being off. slower or faster than the speedo?

Provided you did your homework correctly - They don't rub, they have enough load carrying capacity, they fit on the rim, etc. - then the differences between the sizes has more to do with the differences between the old tire and the new tire.
