Tires: New tires for 2000 Toyota Avalon XL, goodyear tires, toyota avalon

Hi Jack,
I need advise on purchasing new tires for my 2000 Toyota Avalon with the tire size of P205/65R15. This is my first time purchasing tires for this car, so I have been shopping-around and I have been given so many choices to choose from.  I have narrowed down the makers to Goodyear and Toyo with at least 65000 miles tred life, becaseu I drive at least 100 miles daily. Am I going by this the correct way?  If you have any suggestion and/or recommendations as to goods tires for my car please make them and I will greatly apperciate it.

There are many Goodyear tires in this size. I don't know how much you are going to spend but I can tell you with tires you get what you pay for. I had a set of BFGoodrich T/A tires that lasted for ever but they rode and handled very bad. If you want a good all round tire look at the Michelin Harmony. They run around $100 each but you will get a good ride,handling and long wear.
