Tires: Tire size, recommended factory, geo metro

I have a 1994 Geo Metro.  The recommended factory tire size is P145/R12.  I can't seem to find this size in stock anywhere.  Would a P155/R12 fit my car?

Later year Metros took P155/80R12's, so unless there is a significant difference in the fenderwell, this should fit.  However, you'll want to be aware that your speedometer will read a bit low (3%) -  you'll be going 60 mph when your speedometer says 58.
