Used Cars: unclear title, title and registration, tracing system

i bought a car a person was selling for someone else. everything seemed ok until i went to get a tag ,title and registration. the owner sold it to a girl with the car having a west virginia title she applied for a temp. NC tag to transport to florida. the title was never sent off in her name. its like it has one seller and two buyers. what do i do? she moved to florida. i have no info for the owner. thanks

Whatever you do do not throw any scrap of any paperwork you have away. I would recommend you send the person you would like to have located to me and let me run her through my skip tracing system real quickly and after we try that we can forumate our plan to get your title and registration issues squared away ...if thats ok with you then send me the name former address near you and the city you think she moved to as best as you can tell also if you have any age info that would help too. send it to roadloans@gmail.com and I will  have an answer for you in less than 15 minutes   Roger
