I what to know about getting my own authority for an 18 wheeler. How would I obtain my MC, ICC, DOT and things of that nature. Is it best to have your own authority to get more money? And can you do it on-line and if so what are some good sites? And what is a project start-up cost for a trucking company? You have already gave me some good advice earlier, thats why I am coming back for some more.

You can get your DOT, MC, etc. from your state's Department of Transportation or sites like www.dotauthority.com.  Having your own authority will bring in more money, but now your in charge of finding loads, getting paid, etc.  Start up costs can really vary.  A few phone calls will give you an idea.  Obviously, the down payment on your truck and trailer will be the biggest.  That depends on credit and dealer.  Past that insurance, IFTA, base plates, all costs before your first checks start coming in, etc. will all need to be calculated.  I hate to say $5k or $15k, because everyone is different.  Make some calls and you'll find out.
