Trucking: scale houses, luck mike, car trailer

Question
I'm going to running a car hauling business. I'll be using a dually with a 3/4 car trailer. Is it mandatory that I stop a the scale houses.

The scale will have a weight posted before you enter, depending on the state, all commercial vehicles have to stop, scales are not just to weigh, they also will do a visual while you drive past, If so, sometimes they will ask you to pull around and come in to inspect your papers and/or cargo.
