How do you go about starting your own hot shot trucking

Hi Kenny, I am not very familiar with this type trucking.
First, like any new business, line up some customers. Then get the equipment you want to use. Try contacting some companies that lease hot shot owner operators. If you want your own authority, let me know, I can help with that part.
