Trucking: Auto Recovery, necessary insurance, auto recovery

My fiance and I are looking to start our own auto recovery business. He has been doing repossessions for about 10 years. How do we go about getting started? Insurance, bonding, etc..

Hi Amber,  You should contact an insurance agent that writes truck insurance and they will be able to help you
with the necessary insurance and bonding. Not knowing which state you are in , I can not suggest an agent. If he plans
to operate outside his home state, he will need Federal authority and if vehicle is large enough, will need permits.
