Truck Repair: dead cylinders, crosswire, medium duty

Question
this may not be a medium duty engine but I hope you can help me, I have a 302 engine in a 1975 f100 pickup and it started flooding out so I replaced all plugs, wires rotor, rotor button ,coil and carb, still flooding out, when I remove number 3 or 4 or number 5 sparkplug wire or all three at the same time there is no difference in the engine sound.I had the ignition control module tested at it tested out bad, would that make the cylinders not fire. It is not crosswired. thank you, jef white

Answer
after thinking this over i would look at changing out that box. they are easy to replace and not that costly. what you could do also is if you have a friend that has a truck with this box just swap them out for a quick check.also if you had a crosswire you would be flooding on 4 cyl,so if you need more help on this please ask.thank you
