Truck Repair: Quick Question, screw hole, channellock pliers

Question
Hello Kind Folks,
If I have already asked this question please forgive me,I will give you a good rating nevertheless.I am for the first time getting ready to replace a brake line from my passenger side wheel and I am no mechanic.I was curious what tools I might need and do I need to take off the whole brake drum?It is on an old 1970 Ford Pick-up.Also,briefly how do I bleed this when I'm done and do I need to bleed the whole system?Any help would be appreciated.
                  Sincerely,
                  Skyler

Answer
Hello Skyler,
No need to remove anything but the line. Just the wrenches that fit the line fittings, and a pair of channellock pliers to remove the clip that holds the frame end of the hose in the hole in the bracket.
May need a pair of vise grips to get the old fittings loose.
To bleed, loosen the bleeder screw on the wheel cylinder, and gravity should do just fine.
You may need to completely remove that bleeder screw, and clean the holes in it with a little drill bit.
Keep the master cylinder full, and when just clean brake fluid runs from the bleeder screw hole, tighten it up.
Good luck,
Van
