Vintage Cars: Value, cylinder walls, private response

Question
I have a 1938 Packard hearse.  It is a Henny 3-way loader.  It is quite complete but the motor was removed and disassembled years ago by a previous owner.  Most of the parts are rusty to include the inside of the cylinder walls.  The body is straight with no rust and the bumpers are re-chromed.  Glass is good.  Front seat and casket rollers are gone.  I have a guy interested in buying it but have no idea what it might be worth.  Any idea?

Answer
I've been contacted by someone that's interested in purchasing your hearse.  If you're interested, please reply here (indicate that it's to be a private response, please) and I'll send you the information.
