The Ford X-Plan is a benefit of working at Ford. This program extends a modified employee discount to friends and family members of Ford employees. Employees can buy vehicles at cost from Ford; the X-Plan provides a discount of halfway between the build cost and the retail price of any Ford vehicle. Each employee can request up to two X-Plan PINs each year. Each PIN is good for one year from the date of issue.
Locate a friend or family member who works for Ford. Request a Ford X-Plan PIN from him.
Provide your friend or family member with your name, address and Social Security number.
Receive your X-Plan PIN. The Ford employee must sign in to the employee intranet and request the PIN number for you.
Use your X-Plan PIN to purchase a new Ford vehicle at the dealership of your choice.
