(c) Three points shall be assessed for: (1) driving while impaired; (2) failure to keep to the right when meeting opposing traffic; (3) improper passing or failure to yield to a passing vehicle; (4) passing on the right; (5) passing in a no passing zone; (6) failure to keep to the right on a curve, grade or when approaching an intersection; (7) failure to drive at a reasonable distance apart (tailgating); (8) failure to grant the right of way at an intersection; (9) failure to grant the right of way at a junction of highways; (10) failure to yield when emerging from a driveway or private road; (11) failure to grant the right of way when emerging from an alley, driveway or building; (12) failure to grant the right of way to an ambulance, police or fire apparatus; and (13) failure to grant the right of way to a pedestrian.

(d) Four points shall be assessed for: (1) wagering, speed record; (2) failure to drive a reasonable distance apart with the intent to harass; and (3) passing a stopped school bus

(e) Five points shall be assessed for: (1) operation of a school bus at excessive speed; and (2) negligent homicide with a motor vehicle.
