This Lightweight Camper Will Change the Way You Road Trip

Anyone who owns, or has owned, a travel trailer knows that they’re not the most lightweight items to lug around. For the most part they can’t be pulled behind a compact car or sedan or station wagon, instead requiring larger, beefier vehicles.

For those of you who don’t have big vehicles to pull a trailer, there is a lightweight alternative. It’s called the Happier Camper and it weighs a mere 1,100 pounds. This means that it can be pulled by a variety of smaller vehicles. It also means that the Happier Camper won’t be a drain on the gas tanks of SUVs and other bigger vehicles.

About the Happier Camper

The Happier Camper is 6’11” wide and has approximately 70 square feet of usable space in the interior. In sunny conditions, the Happier Camper can run its built in electronics indefinitely. This is because this trailer includes an AGM Deep Cycle battery powered by a 100-watt solar panel. It also has a waveform Zamp Solar power inverter that produces 600 watts of power. As an added bonus, this trailer has a big rear door. This means that the Happier Camper can haul kayaks, bikes, and other items.

‘Adaptiv’ Modular Interior

The Happier Camper provides owners with flexibility never before seen in a trailer. This is due to its ‘Adaptiv’ interior which lets campers customize the trailer to their specific needs. For example, if a sink is needed for a road trip, owners can install it. If the sink isn’t needed but sleeping space is, owners can move things around to form a large bed. Buying a Happier Camper

With so many perks, it’s no surprise that the Happier Camper costs a pretty penny. In fact, base models range in price from $16,000 to $25,000. But the good news is that these campers are made in Los Angeles. Plus, the manufacturers invites potential customers to stop by and try before they buy. This means that consumers can see for themselves if the Happier Camper is worth its price tag. With the flexibility that this lightweight trailer offers, it might be worth a trip to LA to find out. Happy Camping!
