With seating for up to nine, yes nine, the 2002 Tahoe can carry most entire families. Your Tahoe came with one of two V-8 engines -- the 4.8-liter or the 5.3-liter. Both of these engines use the same mass air flow sensor setup.
Locate the mass air flow sensor -- it is located at the air filter housing and has five wires connected to it. The intake air temperature sensor wires are the tan wire and the black wire.
