The cigarette lighter jack of your Nissan Murano can power a number of devices, including cell phone chargers and power inverters. As a result, this fuse tends to sometimes blow out faster than other fuses. Replacement is a cinch.
Slip your fingers in the inside lip of the fuse box panel and pull it gently downward to open it.
Examine the inside of the fuse panel lid. It has a detailed diagram showing which fuses go where. Locate the fuse inside the actual fuse panel.
Remove the fuse with the needlenose pliers.
Slip the new replacement fuse into place with your fingers.
Test the lighter jack. If it still does not work, consult your Nissan dealership, as you may have a more severe electrical problem that requires professional repair.
