What Is the Mileage Warranty for a Goodyear Wrangler HP?

Goodyear Wrangler HP tires were designed for light trucks and sports utility vehicles. The tires come with a limited warranty with restrictions on the coverage according to miles driven and length of time owned.

Eligibility

  • The warranty for Goodyear Wrangler HP tires is only valid if certain eligibility requirements are met. Your tires need the Department of Transportation identification numbers printed on the tire and you must have purchased them after March 1, 2008. In addition, warranty is void if the tires were transferred from the original vehicle to a different vehicle.

Miles

  • Goodyear Wrangler HP tires are covered up to 50,000 miles of use. You must have the tires rotated every 6,000 miles to keep the warranty current, unless your vehicle's owner's manual states a different rotation schedule.

Limitations

  • Goodyear will replace your Wrangler HP tire for free provided the tread mark on the tire is not below 2/32 inch of wear. Replacement tires that have surpassed the 2/32 inch of wear will incur a charge dependent on the amount of remaining miles in the warranty. Warranty coverage on your tires lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.
