A Suzuki SX4 has a standard hook arm wiper, so removing the rear wiper should be relatively quick and easy. Hook arm wipers are widely available, and should you need a replacement, there is no need to visit a Suzuki dealer or a specialized automotive parts stores. Any brand should do and they are often available at department stores that sell automotive parts.
Turn on your rear wiper and then turn it off so the wiper rests in the middle of the rear window.
Lift the wiper arm off the rear window.
Find and press the release mechanism at the center of the wiper blade. It should be located where the wiper is connected to the arm's hook. For some brands of wipers, it could also be a small lever.
Slide the wiper out of the hook.
